With some other TopGame titles proving more popular, Forest Frenzy has been somewhat on the fringes since its release in 2011, but the famous software developer decided to give the five reel, twenty-five line slot a second chance, having developed an HTML5 version near the end of 2014, with the mobile game working really well on tablet and smartphone.
Forest Frenzy is all about the adorable little animals inhabiting the woodlands, such as squirrels, beavers and raccoons, among others, as well as their favourite food, represented by acorns, mushrooms and pine cones. All of the aforementioned game symbols can be used to form winning combos on the reels, provided they appear on one of twenty-five outlined paylines.
This is definitely not one of the feature-rich mobile slots that provide gamers with plenty of special perks and benefits, but two bonus rounds should prove more than enough regardless. One look at the game’s paytable will tell you this is a low-volatility slot, but that does not have to be a bad thing given that smaller wins will be occurring more frequently.
How to play Forest Frenzy
Mobile gamers might need a while to take in all those bright colours appearing on the screen, but you will soon get used to the new surroundings. Tap the Gear symbol located in the upper right hand corner to visit the Settings mini-window, where six tabs contain different game options as well as lead to the Cashier and Paytable.
Located on the right of the second row is Total Bet, where players can choose their preferred stake, which can be anywhere from $0.25 to $125. With maximum 25 paylines fixed, this means that coin value ranges from $0.01 to $5. Fast Play and Autoplay options are supported as well, while Volume can also be adjusted in the Settings screen.
Game rules and bonus rounds are explained in the Paytable section, where you will see that there are a total of three special icons. Pine Cones are Wild, with this particular symbol substituting for all others with the exception of Scatter and Bonus. These two are depicted as Acorns and Mushrooms respectively.

Bonus Game and Sign-Ups
Acorn Treasure Bonus is activated when Mushrooms Bonus symbols are found on an active payline on reels, 2, 3 and 4 at the same time. Gamers then get a chance to crack one of three acorns to receive up to 900 coins. Meanwhile, Acorns symbols scattered anywhere on reels 1 and 5 simultaneously will trigger the Free Spins round, awarding five free games in the process.
