Of course, upon booting it up, you might think they’re still stuck in the same year judging on visuals alone being rather uninspired. But graphics alone don’t make or break a game, and as such, we’re head to give you a helping hand as you take a look through Cash Bandits 2 and decide if it’s worth playing for yourself.
It offers 5 reels and 25 variable paylines, allowing you to turn them on or off at will, something that’s increasingly rare in this day and age, even though it used to be standard back in the day. It pays left to right only, and it offers a single special feature – which is a free spins bonus with a multiplier and an interesting twist on how to activate it. Alongside this, there are also two progressive jackpots ticking away in the upper right of the screen, a minor and major score for the luckiest gamblers among us.
How to Play Cash Bandits 2
Honestly, we’re not big fans of the graphics. They feel a bit dated to us when we played it, and we’re sure RTG can pull off better than this. The symbols aren’t eye catching either, though there’s a sense to them all – all of them are custom drawn art and make sense in the context of the slot. Police officer cuffs, keys to the vault, badges and wanted posters, frightened security guards and gruff police officers, and indeed, bags full of money and an all too happy thief – this game has it all and isn’t afraid to show it off.
On the gameplay front, Cash Bandits 2 is a standard low to medium variance title, lifted a bit higher due to the progressive jackpot always being a potential massive win for gamblers with enough patience to track it down. From our personal experience playing this slot, you will spend a lot of time facing really minor wins that usually won’t go above your wager, or will be spent in the next turn, until you hit a free spins feature which is usually a pretty solid cash in that will keep you in the game for a while longer.

There are two progressive jackpots, a minor and major, which both comfortably sit outside of the slot’s highest single winning combination. That said, as any other progressive jackpots, you’re going to need a lot of luck to activate them. They work as they do in a lot of other RTG titles – the game awards them randomly, and all contributions to the jackpot are no higher than 1.5% of your RTP. The many must sacrifice themselves for the wins of the few, as always!
Beyond progressive jackpots, free spins can offer some nice scores, especially if you get a whole bunch of them.
